Whilst living in India I studied Marma Massage under H.P. Vishnu who has been practising traditional Ayurvedic Therapies for over 30 years and treating both Indian and Western clients at Yoga Magic, North Goa.
Having received immense physical and mental benefits, as well as excellent overall health, from ongoing Kalari Uzhichil/ Chavutti Thirumal treatments in London I went to study with M.B Vinay Kumar Gurukkal at Dhanurveda in Kerala.
Allowing vital energy to flow is partly about letting go and being able to come to a state of pure relaxation. Warmth, massage with specially blended tridoshic oils, followed by purifying homemade Ayurvedic tea all help aid this process and are an intrinsic part of my practice.
